Oat & Sesame has a pretty wide collection of vegetarian and vegan recipes. Many recipes are naturally vegan or simple to change into a vegan recipe, so it's not hard to cater to any dietary preference.
Most of the time, I choose not to include dairy and meat products in any of my everyday eating decisions. It's not only better for your body, but it's better for the environment.
