Vegan Recipes

Oat & Sesame has a pretty wide collection of vegetarian and vegan recipes. Many recipes are naturally vegan or simple to change into a vegan recipe, so it's not hard to cater to any dietary preference.

Most of the time, I choose not to include dairy and meat products in any of my everyday eating decisions. It's not only better for your body, but it's better for the environment.

When you're focused on plant based eating, you are focused on getting all those fruits and vegetables you need every day.

What can you eat as a vegan? Try a cauliflower cream sauce INSTEAD of a dairy based cream sauce - it cuts the calories and adds a vegetable. Make a veggie burger packed with beans and quinoa for a complete plant based protein. Or try a loaded sweet potato stuffed with peanut sauce!
