After seeing so many friends and relatives suffer from dementia and Alzheimer’s disease, anxiety and depression, I knew I had an obligation to eat right for my own brain health.
I started doing extensive reading on the MIND diet which I like to think of as less of a diet and more of a way of living. It’s similar to the Mediterranean diet, but really emphasizes a few key foods that are specifically beneficial for the brain.
This is my journey and I’m sharing it with you to make it easy and simple to eat for brain health!
