  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp kosher salt
  • 1/2 cup sliced almonds, divided

  • 2 cups oat milk
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla or almond extract
  • 1/2 tsp coconut extract
  • 2 small bananas, peeled and sliced into discs
  • 1.5 - 2 cups blueberries (1.5 cups frozen wild blueberries or 2 cups regular blueberries)
  • 2 Tbs brown sugar, to top (optional)
