Maple Almond Cashew Nut Clusters

Almonds and cashews are mixed with tahini + maple syrup, then sprinkled with sesame seeds and salt. Maple Almond Cashew Clusters are a light and crisp treat.

  1. Heat oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper (check out this reusable parchment that I love!)

  2. In a bowl, stir together cashews, almonds, tahini and maple syrup. 

  3. Spread on baking sheet as either one large clump as a single layer or as individual cookie rounds. 

  4. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and sea salt.

  5. Bake until golden brown around the edges. About 12-15 min for individuals rounds OR 20-25 min for the large clump. Be careful not to burn them!

  6. Remove from oven and let cool.

  7. Store in an airtight container.

Notes

Take this up a notch - drizzle the top with dark chocolate for a decadent nutty treat!
